More than just a fitness event, Move & Mingle is a space for women to prioritise their wellbeing, build meaningful connections, and have fun.
Held quarterly, this two-hour experience begins with a 35-minute energising aerobics session suitable for all fitness levels. After we've worked up a sweat, we'll slow things down over a delicious breakfast, where you'll have the opportunity to relax, chat, and connect with other incredible women in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Whether you come with a friend or arrive on your own, you'll be welcomed into a community of women who value health, genuine connection, and supporting one another.
